Join Post-Soviet Graffiti, Cinema Tov: Detroit Jewish Film Lab, the Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue, and the Janice Charach Gallery for a screening of the 2009 film “Refusenik,” Directed by Laura Bialis.
We also welcome special guest Irina Yufa, who will speak about her experiences as a Jew living beneath oppression during the Soviet era and as a Jewish immigrant to the United States after the Soviet Union dissolved.
